 Despite the mild summer heat, we hope that all our members are in good health and spirits.

 We are pleased to inform you that the 21st Kyushu Orthodontic Society Academic Conference will be held as follows.

 In addition to the in-person conference, this conference will also be held as an on-demand conference. We would like to ask presenters to cooperate with on-demand presentations as much as possible, so we appreciate your understanding.

 1. Date: Saturday, March 7, 2026, 12:30-18:00 (scheduled)
 (The social gathering is scheduled to start at 18:30)
 Sunday, August 8th 9:00-12:40 (scheduled)

 2. Venue: J:COM Holt Hall Oita (5-1 Kanaikeminami 1-chome, Oita City, 870-0839)

 3. Theme: Reconsidering mandibular prognathism treatment

 4. Tournament format: In-person and on-demand

 5. General topics: oral presentations (academic, case studies), academic exhibitions, case exhibitions, case reports, case presentations

 6. Abstract registration period: Wednesday, October 1st to Friday, October 31st
 The abstract submission period will not be extended, so please be sure to submit your abstract within the period.

 7. Tournament participation (advance) registration period: Wednesday, October 1st to Wednesday, December 31st (tentative deadline)
 There is no accommodation information provided. If you require accommodation, please make your own arrangements.

 Please be sure to check the details of the academic conference, which will be sent to you in writing in mid-September. In addition, we will post information on the society and conference websites as soon as it is ready, so we hope you will check them.

In this election, the number of candidates did not exceed the number of seats up for election, so the candidates were elected without a vote. In accordance with Article 13 of the Kyushu Orthodontic Society President and Auditor Election Regulations, we announce the winners of the next president and auditor election as follows.

　The chairman and auditors will be elected at the next general meeting in accordance with Article 14 of the Kyushu Orthodontic Society Constitution.
