Announcement of the presidential and auditor elections of the Kyushu Orthodontic Society

We would like to inform you that the next president and auditors who will take office from April 1, 2023 will be elected as follows.

Eligible candidates: Eligible candidates must be full members enrolled in the Society (as of March 31 of the year preceding the election year) in accordance with Article 3 of the Kyushu Orthodontic Society President and Auditor Selection Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the “Election Regulations”). Eligible Persons: Eligible persons shall be Councilors for the current term in accordance with Article 3 of the Election Rules.

Notification of candidacy: Notification of candidacy must be submitted by two or more full member recommenders (March 31 of the previous year of the election year (Reiwa 4 Join the Election Commission by March 31, 2020) and attach the candidate's opinion to the Election Administration Commission from August 16, 2022 to September 16, 2022 (effective postmark on the day) Send by registered mail.

Announcement of Candidates: In accordance with Article 8 of the Election Regulations, the Election Management Committee will notify candidates by mail of the names of candidates, the names of recommenders, and the beliefs of candidates by September 22, 2022. Advertise on your website.

Election method: Elections will be held from November 9, 2020 to November 15, 2022 (effective postmark on the day), in accordance with Article 9 of the Election Regulations, by single anonymous ballot by mail of qualified candidates. conduct.

Counting of votes: Counting of votes will be conducted on November 21, 2022 at the 3rd conference room of Fukuoka Dental University under the supervision of two witnesses of the counting of votes as stipulated in Article 11 of the Election Regulations.

Report of Election Results and Appointment: Election results will be announced on the website in December 2022. At the ordinary general meeting to be held in March 2023, the chairman of the election management committee will report and elect and decide the elected candidates in accordance with Article 14 of the Kyushu Orthodontic Society Rules.
